Standard GROUND Delivery
For contiguous US. Your order will be shipped the same day if the order is received by 2:00 pm (PST). This excludes weekends and holidays. Unless an expedited service is requested, your order should arrive in approximately 1-5 business days after shipping if ordered by 2:00 pm (PST), depending on your location. All orders originate from Henderson, NV.
Two-Day Delivery
For contiguous US. If requested, add $15.00 to standard delivery. Your order should arrive in 2 business days after shipping if ordered by 2:00 pm (PST). Please note two-day orders placed after 2:00 pm (PST) Friday or on Saturday or Sunday will be processed Monday and should arrive in 2 business days after shipping. Some heavy or bulky items may not qualify for this service. A signature may be required and additional charges may be assessed if more than one attempt is made for delivery. Some zip codes are not available for this service.
Overnight Delivery
For contiguous US. If requested, add $20.00 to standard delivery. Your order should arrive the next business day after shipping if ordered by 2:00 pm (PST). Please note overnight orders placed after 2:00 pm (PST) Friday or on Saturday or Sunday will be processed Monday and should arrive the next business day after shipping. Some heavy or bulky items may not qualify for this service. A signature may be required and additional charges may be assessed if more than one attempt is made for delivery. Some zip codes are not available for this service.
Alaska AND Hawaii DeliverY
Your order will be shipped via USPS Priority Mail the same day if the order is received by 2:00 pm (PST). This excludes weekends and holidays. Unless overnight service is requested, your order should arrive in approximately 2-3 business days after shipping if ordered by 2:00 pm (PST). If overnight service is requested, add $15 to USPS Priority Mail cost. Some heavy or bulky items may not qualify for overnight delivery. A signature may be required for overnight delivery and additional charges may be assessed if more than one attempt is made for delivery. Some zip codes are not available for overnight service.
Puerto Rico, Guam, and International Delivery
At this time we cannot ship to Puerto Rico, Guam, or any International addresses.
Delivery to Post Office Boxes and FPO/APO Addresses
Second-day and overnight shipping is not available to post office boxes or FPO/APO addresses. All standard deliveries to these addresses will be shipped via parcel post. Please feel free to contact us at customerservice@kinderbliss.com if you have any questions regarding when you will receive your order.
Special Shipping
Second-day and overnight shipping are not available on items marked Special Shipping. Additional time should be allowed for processing an order containing an item marked Special Shipping, and heavy items may take up to four to six weeks for delivery. Returns
We want you to be completely happy with your order. If for any reason you are not satisfied, we will gladly accept your timely return of unworn, unwashed, or defective merchandise within 30 days of the invoice date. Returned merchandise should include the vendor packaging and tags and be in the same condition as when it was delivered to you. Used merchandise cannot be returned unless defective. Merchandise returned more than 1 month after the delivery date may be shipped back to you at your expense. Please contact us at customerservice@kinderbliss.com prior to shipping if you are shipping outside of the return policy window.
Gifts
When a gift is returned, a Kinderbliss Gift Card will be issued to the gift recipient for the amount of the returned merchandise. The card can be used for purchases from Kinderbliss catalog, and online.
By Mail
On the return form, please note the reason(s) for return and whether you wish to exchange the item(s) or receive a credit/refund (depending on the original form of payment). Enclose the return section of the packing slip with your item(s). Please use a shipping service that has tracking (such as UPS, Fedex or Priority USPS) to ensure proper return address and credit information.
If you use a Kinderbliss label, a fee will be deducted from your refund. If you prefer not to use the Kinderbliss label, please ship the item prepaid and insured to Kinderbliss Exchanges/ReturnsSmart, 1191 Center Point Drive, Henderson NV 89074. For a replacement shipping label, please email us at customerservice@kinderbliss.com
Special Returns
Items marked special returns are subject to returns between 10 and 30 days from the invoice date. Returned merchandise should include the vendor packaging and tags and be in the same condition as when it was delivered to you. Used merchandise cannot be returned unless defective.

Other Items
All fragrance and cosmetics returns must be unused, unopened, and in original packaging for a credit/refund or exchange to be issued. Once placed, orders for personalized items cannot be canceled, and personalized items cannot be returned. We ask that you take special care when specifying initials or names, and if requested, the style and color of the personalization. Perishable foods are not returnable. Please email us at customerservice@kinderbliss.com for questions about your perishable items. All precious jewelry must be returned within 30 days from the date of receipt and must include all original documentation. Return/exchange policies for specific items that do not apply to the above policy such as jewelry, etc., will be noted on the packing slip on that item. Price adjustments: Kinderbliss gladly honors a one-time price adjustment on full-price merchandise within seven days provided you email us at customerservice@kinderbliss.com within 7 days from your original order date. Your price adjustment will be given in the form of a store credit, and you will receive a store coupon code via email to be used toward a future purchase.
Please allow 10-14 days for the processing of your return.

Order Cancellation
Please order personalized and monogrammed items carefully; personalized and monogrammed orders cannot be canceled, and personalized and monogrammed items are not returnable.
You may cancel any Kinderbliss order as long as the order status is "in process." If order status is "shipped," it cannot be canceled. A restocking fee may apply to large and heavy items cancelled after 30 days from the original order date.
Gourmet foods: Cancellation request must be received at least 4 days prior to the requested delivery date.
REGISTERED CUSTOMERS: You may cancel your web order online. Sign in to your account, select "View Order History", click on the desired order number, and then select CANCEL next to the item(s) you wish to cancel.

Credit Cards:
The total dollar amount of your order is allocated at the time your card is approved, although payment (transfer of funds) does not occur until the order ships. If the amount charged exceeds your credit limit, your order will be automatically canceled.

Kinderbliss Gift Cards and Virtual Gift Cards
At Kinderbliss.com, you may:
- Pay with a Kinderbliss Gift Card.
- Purchase a Kinderbliss gift card in the form of a plastic credit-card style or Virtual Gift Card e-mail). Kinderbliss Gift Cards may be redeemed Online, by Mail or by Phone.
- Check the value of an Kinderbliss Gift Card.
PAYING FOR AN ONLINE ORDER WITH A KINDERBLISS GIFT CARD OR A VIRTUAL GIFT CARD
- To pay for an online order with a Kinderbliss gift Card or a Virtual Gift Card, you will need the gift card number, plus, for security purposes, the four-digit code that appears on the back of the traditional card or Virtual Gift Card.
- If you are paying with multiple gift cards, you cannot choose the amount to be deducted from each gift card. The balance due is deducted from the gift card with the least value first and then from the remaining gift cards in ascending order.
- The remaining balance of your order, if any, will need to be charged to a credit card which can be entered on the payment screen.
- Any unused value remains on the Kinderbliss Gift Card or Virtual Gift Card until you choose to use it.
- If you cancel your order once it ships, or if you return your order, then you will be mailed a Merchandise Credit Gift Card, provided the returned merchandise is within the return policy guidelines.
TERMS AND CONDITIONS (VIRTUAL GIFT CARD)
The following Terms and Conditions govern your use of the Virtual Gift Card and they may only be modified in a writing signed by both parties:
- Virtual Gift Cards may be treated the same as cash.
- Virtual Gift Cards are not redeemable for cash, nor can they be returned for a cash refund.
- Virtual Gift Card actual cash value is 1/10 of one cent.
- Virtual Gift Cards cannot be purchased with a Kinderbliss Gift Card.
- Virtual Gift Card is immediately redeemable once your recipient receives the Virtual Gift Card e-mail notification (we'll send it within one business day of order completion).
- Sales tax is applicable on any merchandise purchased with a Virtual Gift Card.
- Delivery to an incorrect but deliverable e-mail address is the sole responsibility of the purchaser.
- Delivery to a non-existent e-mail address is the sole responsibility of the purchaser.
- Kinderbliss is not responsible for lost or stolen Virtual Gift Cards.

Monogramming & Personalization
You may order monogrammed linens and personalized stationery and other items online. When you select an item that may be monogrammed or personalized, you will automatically be asked to supply the necessary information for that item.
Because personalized items are not returnable, we ask that you take special care when making your selections. The process for this product varies, please see the product description for details; please consider this time requirement when placing your order. For other personalized items, see the expected ship date listed next to the item in your Shopping Cart.
